Make Up Classes and Missed Classes
We offer make up classes for classes missed for any reason! We require contact to be made by email or phone within 7 days of your missed class to claim a make up token. Failure to contact us within 7 days of the missed class will mean you will not be issued a make up token.
Alternatively, you can mark you child's absence on the Parent Portal OR iClass app (on IOS and Android) before the class date and you will automatically be issued with a make up token.
Make up tokens can be used for the same class type on a different day. Make up tokens are valid from 3 months of issue and cannot be extended.
Make Up classes are subject to class availability and must be booked in via reception (in person, email or phone). We offer a maximum of 3 make up tokens per term.
Make Up tokens and missed classes cannot be used for term fee credit or deducted from term fees. Make up tokens cannot be extended beyond the 3 month expiry date.
Make Up tokens can only be used if the gymnast has an active enrollment in a class (eg. if you have make up tokens from term 1 but do not enroll in term 2, these tokens cannot be used in term 2). This is for the safety of the gymnasts.
The only except to this is serious injury, illness or extraordinary circumstances resulting in extended absence (such as a broken/fractured bone, concussion, hospitalisation, etc) and a doctors certificate must be supplied. For extended absences please chat to our reception staff about a credit or refund for missed classes.
